Joy Resolve continuously strive to balance user happiness with ambitious, sustainable design.  Each product adhering to their own strict guidelines on sustainability and functionality.

The Challenge

Joy Resolve’s co founders did not feel they understood the impact of their marketing efforts. Spend was difficult to track and this lack of visibility led to uncertainty. Furthermore, they were not seeing a clear return on investment from their Facebook Ads.

 

After several years of struggling to grow their online channel, they were questioning whether direct to consumer was a viable channel for them or whether they should focus their efforts on their B2B retail business.
