Lune + Wild were looking for help scaling their e-commerce revenue sustainably.
What we did
Digital Strategy
We worked with the Lune + Wild team to understand their customer lifetime value. From there we established a target new customer acquisition cost that worked for their business model. With these foundations in place we developed and implemented a multi channel digital marketing strategy to grow their new customer acquisition.
Reporting & Analytics
Lune + Wild were seeing duplicate transactions in GA4. We audited, fixed and documented their tracking so they could trust their data. We also set up profitability reporting and long term forecasts so they could project the impact of revenue growth on their financial KPI's.
Paid Social
We helped Lune + Wild launch their first Meta Ads campaigns. The Meta account has been one of the key drivers of the new customer acquisition growth they have seen in 2024. While maintaining ROAS above their target we were able to scale conversion value from the channel by x10 over 6 months.
Content
We worked with Lune + Wild to create their first video ads. By investing in video content, following paid social content best practice and A/B testing we optimised messaging and were able to fuel brand awareness and new customer acquisition.
